Glass Innovation

Mozeart Designz was created to innovate new ideas, products, and designs in glass technology. Glass shapes everything around us, from a drinking glass, to a solar panel on a mars satellite, to a roof on a new Tesla car. A huge majority of industries are exploring and investing in glass as a material to innovate their products and businesses forward. Glass will be one of the main resources used in every area of society in the future. As we move towards a Type 1 civilization, we are going to desperately need innovative and ground-breaking sustainable and clean energy products. Glass will be the indispensable resource that moves us in that direction.

At Mozeart Designz we are dedicated to inventing and creating innovative products that will improve how we connect with each other and balance our relationship with the planet. We are passionate about offering sustainable solutions through developing creative products for this new era in history. We lean into the virtues of morals, ethics and humility to form the foundation of our company.

Process

We build prototypes that can be brought to a commercial market. We start from the ground up with an idea or napkin sketch. Once we have completed research to determine if the idea is possible and practical, we move into development of the product. After exploring many iterations of the design, we move into the final steps of bringing the new product to market.

Idea

The first rough draft that appears after a conversation, such as a napkin sketch or a simple chalk board drawing. From thought to paper.

Proof of Concept

Doing the research, exploring the materials that will be needed for the first physical prototype. Gathering the resources that are needed to create the first prototype.

1st Prototype

Creating a physical object, using materials such as cardboard, 3D printed filament, even clay. This phase allows us to figure out the right dimensions and observe any mechanical flaws that might occur on the final end design.

Create Process

Putting it all together to get the final result. This phase involves documenting all the steps that it takes to fine tune and create a successful final product. This step is necessary for mass production and also generates a process that can be taught, so others can create the exact object without reinventing the wheel.

New State of Matter

While glass is a truly ubiquitous material that we use on a daily basis, it also represents a major scientific conundrum. Contrary to what one might expect, the true nature of glass remains something of a mystery, with scientific inquiry into its chemical and physical properties still ongoing. In chemistry and physics, the term glass itself is a mutable concept: It includes the substance we know as window glass, but it may also refer to a range of other materials with properties that can be explained by reference to glass-like behavior, including, for instance, metals, plastics, proteins, and even biological cells.

While it may give the impression of solidity, glass is anything but conventionally solid. Typically, when a material transitions from a liquid to a solid state the molecules line up to form a crystal pattern. In glass, this does not happen. Instead, the molecules are effectively frozen in place before crystallization happens. This strange and disordered state is characteristic of glass across different systems and scientists are still trying to understand how exactly this metastable state forms.
